A state appeals court restored $265,000 verdict awarded to a woman run over by a Chicago police vehicle after the trial judge entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict.A Cook County jury in January 2018 found that the officers who ran over plaintiff Kathleen Brown were negligent at the time of the incident.
