SPRINGFIELD — A year ago Erika N.L. Harold was gearing up for Election Day in hopes of being named the state’s newest attorney general within the next two months.Harold lost to now-Attorney General Kwame Y. Raoul. Raoul secured 54% of the vote, or 2.3 million votes.
