A federal appeals court partly revived the civil rights complaint brought by a prisoner who alleged one of his prison nurses taunted him after he unsuccessfully attempted suicide three times.In his lawsuit against prison officers and nurses at Menard Correctional Center, Steven Lisle Jr. claimed he was subjected to verbal harassment by one of his nurses, Jana South, while he was suicidal, that amounted to cruel and usual punishment.In a 26-page opinion, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously reversed the lower …
