Electrolux Home Products Inc. manufactures gas and electric ovens at a Memphis, Tenn., factory that employs 700 or so workers represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 474.J’Vada Mason worked for Electrolux as a materials department team lead and was a Local 474 member.
