ARDC panel wants stiffer suspension for misuse of funds

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board panel overruled the initial sanction recommendation issued by the administrator and hearing board panel for a suburban attorney accused of misusing about $16,900 in client and third-party funds.The board recommended that Brian R. Keeley of Bolingbrook be suspended for eight months, without probation, and take an ARDC professionalism seminar.
