Reduced verdict for man after hitting finger on tavern fan

A man whose finger was fractured by the blade of a ceiling fan will receive $125,800 after being found 15% negligent.On Friday, the jury reached the verdict in a personal-injury case brought against Benchmark Bar and Grill for a finger injury sustained almost a decade ago.In 2011, plaintiff Rohnan Ward was at Benchmark Bar & Grill watching an Australian football game.
