An Illinois appeals court last week vacated the conviction and sentence of a disbarred far southwest suburban Homer Glen attorney who was found guilty of solicitation of murder for hire.The case was remanded to Will County Circuit Court for further action.The 3rd District Appellate Court panel found former Will County circuit judge Daniel J.
