Illinois Republicans canceled a Fourth of July picnic after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh rejected their emergency request for an injunction lifting limits on crowd size.Kavanaugh made no comment Saturday in denying the GOP organizations’ application to block Gov.
