The U.S. Supreme Court finished its curtailed term Thursday, with the final decisions issued. And like last year, to a large extent, on the questions concerning President Donald Trump and various requests for his records, they punted. Those cases will drag on, as Trump immediately tweeted. There are rumors about potential retirements, but we don’t know if any have merit. A judge’s ethical imperative: Follow the law or face the JIB

Arizona high court rolls back clock to 1864 in abortion case
