Illinois Supreme Court disbars six attorneys, suspends 19 in fall term

The Illinois Supreme Court announced its latest filing of lawyer disciplinary orders, including six disbarments and 19 suspensions.One lawyer was placed on probation, and two were reprimanded for their misconduct.The order was issued Thursday as the court continues its September term. The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, otherwise known as the ARDC, has the administrative responsibility for the registration and discipline of Illinois lawyers under authority of the Illinois Supreme Court.
