Appellate panel backs Chase Bank in dropping real-estate appraiser

A real estate appraiser who was placed on a list of individuals ineligible to do appraisals was not sabotaged by JPMorgan Chase Bank, a state appellate panel ruled.A panel of the 1st District Appellate Court ruled that Chase did not intentionally interfere with the future business of a former appraiser and instead followed its established procedures.Justice Mary K.
