Prime Insurance Co. scored a state-court ruling that it wasn’t obligated to defend or indemnify Riteway Trucking for an accident that injured Darnell Wright.But when Prime filed a federal declaratory judgment case against Wright, a district judge in Indiana — reviewing the conflicting approaches to the mandatory MCS-90 endorsement — concluded that Prime was obligated to pay Wright for a $400,000 default judgment against the motor carrier.Riteway reportedly dispatched one of its drivers, Decardo Humphrey …
