Judge Elizabeth “Liz” Rochford appeared solo at a candidate forum hosted by the Appellate Lawyers Association on Friday, giving her the full hour to speak about her campaign for the 2nd District Illinois Supreme Court seat.Her opponent, Mark Curran, a former Lake County sheriff, did not participate. The ALA said that Curran’s campaign declined the invitation.
