The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama recently dismissed a complaint after finding the plaintiff failed to establish the court had specific jurisdiction over the nonresident defendants for the claims asserted in the action.The case is Smith v. Arizona high court rolls back clock to 1864 in abortion case
