20 attorneys to seize 1,340 miles of land

President Trump’s 2018 federal budget proposal asks Congress to hire 20 attorneys to help obtain private and state-owned land in order to build a wall at the U.S.-Mexican border. Actual eminent-domain lawyers say that would take quite a bit more work than Trump seems to think.
