Courts to decide if defamation case continues

A woman who said then-candidate Donald Trump made unwanted sexual advances against her filed a defamation lawsuit against him in January. Now, bizarrely, both sides are citing the same 1997 Supreme Court ruling against Bill Clinton to argue whether the case should or should not proceed.
