Cozen doubles down on labor practice

Cozen O’Connor has expanded its labor and employment department by opening an office in Pittsburgh and adding 16 lawyers from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C. to both its Pittsburgh and Philadelphia operations. The addition also brings a new railway labor practice to Cozen. Thomas Giotto, former chair of Buchanan’s labor and employment section, will join Chicago-based Cozen partner Joseph E. Tilson as co-chair of the firm’s expanded labor and employment department.
