The 2nd District Appellate Court on Tuesday ruled that the College of DuPage and its associated foundation are required under the Freedom of Information Act to turn over a federal grand jury subpoena the Chicago Tribune had requested. According to the Tribune, the subpoena was issued after the newspaper’s reporting about “about top administrators' expenses, contracts awarded to members of the foundation board and other spending issues at the state's largest community college.”
