Suspension for multiple missed hearings

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has recommended that Norridge attorney Brian Gordon Due be suspended for one year and until further order of the court for allegedly neglecting a client and then failing to respond to the ARDC during any part of his disciplinary proceeding. Due, 69, became the subject of an ARDC complaint last year after he allegedly neglected a client in an eviction case and then failed to return the client prepaid fee.
