Chicago claims entangled with other Equifax suits

Because there’s very little distinguishing them, the five lawsuits filed against Equifax — including the city of Chicago’s claims — will be stayed until a multidistrict litigation case can be established, U.S. District Judge Edmond Chang ruled Sunday.
