Airlines must report lost, broken wheelchairs

The U.S. Department of Transportation implemented a new rule requiring airlines to disclose how many checked bags, wheelchairs and motorized scooters they lose or damage each year. U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., sponsored the legislation that led to the rule.
