Coalition opposes bid to cut pollution rules

Chicago Corporation Counsel Edward N. Siskel and Illinois Attorney General Lisa M. Madigan joined top government lawyers across the country in urging the Environmental Protection Agency to withdraw proposals to roll back rules limiting emissions from power plants and cars that worsen climate change.
