Yale students sue over fraternity harassment

Yale University is facing a class-action lawsuit from three students who were allegedly groped at fraternity parties, arguing the school presents few options for women to socialize and meet other students outside of such parties. The lawsuit accuses Yale of violating Title IX of federal education law and breach of contract for not providing the educational environment it promised.
