The mother of two children who were injured in a car accident while returning from a camping trip has settled her negligence suit for $11 million.The agreement was finalized last month after Cook County Circuit Judge James P. Flannery Jr. entered the settlement and dismissed the case on May 13.Jane Pugh sued the defendants — identified through court records as Boy Scouts of America, its local affiliate, the Three Fires Council, Naperville Presbyterian Church and her husband William R.
