A South Side grocery store can be held responsible for claims of sexual and racial discrimination and retaliation made by one of its employees, an unanimous federal appeals court ruled Thursday.The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the U.S. District Court judge’s decision to deny Rosebud Farmstand grocery store judgment as a matter of law on the employee’s sex discrimination and retaliation claims.
