High court disbars three, suspends 13 in discipline cases

In its latest round of disciplinary orders, the Illinois Supreme Court disbarred three attorneys and suspended 13.Mark A. Brueggmann of Collinsville was disbarred on consent after he pleaded guilty in federal district court to one count of receiving child pornography. (M.R. 29695)Darren A.
