AG Madigan: Janus does not change labor rights and obligations

SPRINGFIELD — Illinois Attorney General Lisa M. Madigan on Friday released a guidance for public bodies in the state on their obligations following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Janus v. AFSCME.
