SPRINGFIELD — The Illinois Supreme Court suspended seven attorneys, disbarred four and reprimanded one in its latest round of disciplinary orders entered Tuesday.Disbarred on consentWilliam Keith Bulmer II of Minneapolis was disbarred on consent for having sexual relations with a client’s wife and making false statements about the relationship to the prosecutor in the client’s criminal case.
