Tucker Ellis, Synergy Law Group to merge

Synergy Law Group LLC, a Chicago firm founded in 2000 by Arthur E. Mertes and Bartly J. Loethen, has merged with Tucker Ellis LLP. The deal expands Tucker Ellis’ business and transactions law practice. Mertes and Loethen will join Tucker Ellis' Chicago office, along with attorneys A. John Arbogast IV and Adam J. Kase.
