A federal judge declined to throw out a lawsuit filed by a Mount Prospect police officer who was arrested when a confrontation ensued after Huntley police officers entered his home to investigate a reported domestic incident.Anthony Lietzow sued the village of Huntley and officers James Daley, Alex Panvino and David Sander in connection with his 2015 arrest on domestic battery, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer charges.Lietzow, who was acquitted by McHenry County jurors of the criminal charges in October …
