Ald. Burke’s firm drops Trump tax appeal cases

Klafter and Burke, where Chicago Ald. Edward M. Burke is a principal, is no longer representing the Trump Organization in the property tax appeal cases filed for Trump Tower downtown, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The firm cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for cutting ties with the organization.
