Sangamon County judge set to retire

Sangamon County Associate Judge Esteban F. Sanchez is retiring at the end of July after serving 13 years on the bench, the State Journal-Register reports. Sanchez has worked in private practice, and he’s served as an assistant Sangamon County state’s attorney and an assistant U.S. attorney.
