Naperville lawyer faces 18-month suspension

A Naperville lawyer should lose his law license for 18 months because he practiced law while suspended previously in another matter, a lawyer-discipline panel recommended. In June 2009, the Illinois Supreme Court suspended the law license of David T. Odom of David T. Odom & Associates P.C. for 18 months because he converted $15,000 in client funds. M.R. 22688.
