A man who claimed Chicago police tortured him and fabricated an easily debunked alibi for him will be released from prison Friday after serving 21 years in prison for a double murder he says he didn’t commit.Jaime Hauad’s release from prison comes after both his attorneys and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office requested Cook County Circuit Judge William G.
