Raoul will get several prosecutors’ views for transition

SPRINGFIELD — After a smooth victory to become the state’s next top prosecutor, state Sen. Kwame Y. Raoul announced a transition team heavy on current and former prosecutors.Raoul, a Chicago Democrat, said his team will be made up of 10 committee members and four staff members.
