$15M deal after double leg amputation

A man whose lower legs were amputated after doctors allegedly did not timely diagnose and treat arterial blood clots has settled his lawsuit for $15 million.Winnebago County Circuit Judge Lisa R. Fabiano dismissed the case March 28 and the funds were disbursed April 25, according to one of the plaintiff’s attorneys Philip J. Ryan of Ryan, Ryan & Viglione in Waukegan.Michael M.
