Title IX claim against Glenbard Township board can proceed

A former student at Glenbard West High School in Glen Ellyn who accused school officials of refusing to take action after she reported being harassed by classmates over an alleged sexual assault can continue with her Title IX claim against its board, a federal judge held.But in a written opinion Friday, U.S. District Judge Thomas M.
