Defamation suit over Kanye West documentary tossed

A Chicago woman does not have a case for defamation against the filmmakers who placed footage of her from a 2003 Kanye West music video into a documentary about the rapper they made two years ago, a federal judge held.In a written opinion, U.S. District Judge Steven C.
